I really hope you love your new item, but understand that sometimes things don't work out. I have a 7 days return policy for approved items.
I try my hardest to make sure Item descriptions include information about each product so you will know exactly what you are getting.
In the event you are not happy with your unused, unworn, tagged, clean, original unwashed, free of odor, animal hair, undamaged condition item you can return it for store credit within 7 days of delivery date/time provided by the shipping/tracking provider. All returned items are subject to approval.
All items inspected for the above condition prior to return approval and/or issuance of store credit. Shipping cost are paid for by the customer.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons jewelry (fashion and handcrafted) and accessories are final sale only and are not eligible for returns.
Returns for Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Mystik Bliss account.
You must sign up for an account to receive store credit.
Late or missing credits

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
